This exciting role!
The Quality and Compliance Officer works within the Quality, Risk and Training (QRT) team and this newly created role was established to safeguard the integrity of Living My Way’s services, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement, participant and employee satisfaction, and operational excellence.
This is achieved by undertaking a range of quality, safety, risk management, compliance and administrative activities to support adherence with the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Quality requirements and other relevant legislation, industry codes and standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
You will undertake internal audits against NDIS Practice Standards, support the team to implement policy, procedure and system changes to support quality demonstrate your strong administrative background to support services such as document management, report preparation, scheduling, communication support, data entry and compliance assistance.
The role involves demonstrating and communicating Living My Way's values to foster inclusion, choice and control in all aspects of our services.

Your Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality assurance and/or compliance role.
- Experience with disability and/or healthcare sector regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail to support accuracy and adherence to NDIS standards and other relevant legislation.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Commitment to customer service and exceeding customer satisfaction.
- Compliance Checks (NDIS WSC and WWCC).
