The Role
The Quality, Risk and Training Support Coordinator works within the Quality Risk and Training portfolio to support the organisation's quality and compliance with legislative and regulatory compliance, risk management, work health and safety and employee training.
This exciting and newly created role can be full-time or part-time and will see you play a key role in Living My Way’s quality, risk and training frameworks, processes and activities. This includes working across legislative and regulatory compliance, quality management, policy development, feedback and complaints, incident management, workers compensation, return-to-work programs and education and training.

This role based in Menai will offer you flexibility, with remote working as part of our business model. You Will Ideally Bring the Following Experience:
- Registered or Enrolled Nurse with a minimum of one (1) year experience
- Developing policies and procedures using evidence-based practice
- Assessing workplace practices against accreditation standards and organisation policies and procedures
- Developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating continuous improvement of quality systems
- Coordinating and delivering education and training
