The Role
As a Service Planning Officer – Customer Service, you will be pivotal in supporting our members in their life cycle with Living My Way. You will be the first point of contact to start their journey and to maintain strong partnerships with our current membership.
Focusing on the delivery of Living My Way's values, this role will see you provide direct service to our members. On a daily basis you will be involved in the creation of individual support plans, managing workers compensation policies, ensuring all Members are onboarded and inducted thoroughly, as well as the effective utilisation of Member plans and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in managing member escalations and work in partnership with other portfolios to produce best service outcomes, along with supporting the team through our after-hours emergency on-call system on a rotating roster.
This full time role based in the Sutherland Shire will offer you flexibility with remote working as part of our business model. Your Skills and Experience
You will have:
- Experience in NDIS planning or a planning background within another industry
- An understanding of NDIS, NDIA and DSOA processes and provider requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to customer service and exceeding customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated understanding of members we support and their carers
- KPI driven and ability to meet deadlines
- Well-developed computer literacy skills in MS Office.
