Absolutely, yes. Living My Way has a team of experienced Support Coordinators and specialist NDIS Support Coordinators available. All of our Support Coordinators attend frequent training to ensure they are up to date with NDIS changes and updates. Our local Support Coordinators have diverse backgrounds and experience, and work together as a team to provide the best possible service to you.
Support Coordinators cost $100.14* per hour
Specialist Support Coordinators cost $190.54* per hour
*Rates are current at 1st July 2021 and subject to change
A Specialist Support Coordinator has a University Degree qualification in an Allied Health related field and can assist you if you have more complex disability requirements. You will need to be funded for a specialist NDIS Support Coordinator in your NDIS plan to access these services.
A general Support Coordinator can provide you with NDIS support services for general disability needs to help you with your NDIS budget, administration and services.
The majority of our Support Coordinators have Allied Health Degrees and can provide both general and specialist support coordination services.
An LAC can provide some assistance to help you connect with disability service providers and attend NDIS plan review meetings. LACs tend to have a large caseload and may not be as proactive in providing services to you.
A Plan Manager receives and pays your NDIS invoices and can provide general advice on what NDIS funding you have access to.
A Support Coordinator can provide a more comprehensive and hands-on disability support service to assist you during your NDIS plan. A Support Coordinator will help you understand the NDIS system and support your ability to become more independent using NDIS funding. As Support Coordinators focus more on you, they have a smaller caseload and therefore can be proactive in providing disability support services to you.
