Company and marketing communication options for Members
Under Australian law, we are required to obtain your preferences as to how you want to received company and marketing documents from us.
As a Member, there are options available to ensure you receive relevant communications that you need to know in the form that you prefer. LMW do not send spam emails.
- Electronic communications – Receiving communications electronically is the way forward and the best way to stay informed and we encourage you to opt for paperless communications by providing us with your email address.
- Physical mail communications – You can choose to receive some or all communication via physical mail. Please note there may be delays in receiving updates via mail. You can also tell us if you do not want to receive a hard copy of the Annual Report. You will always be able to access Annual Reports, financial statements, AGM notices on our website.
- One-off communications – You can make a one-off request to receive in physical mail or electronic mail communications by contacting us at 02 8525 4000 or emailing operations@lmwl.org.au
It is your choice. We understand if you choose not to receive any communication but if you do change your mind, it is not too late. You can let us know by calling us at 02 8525 4000 or emailing operations@lmwl.org.au.

Member Service Updates
A service update refers to a communication or announcement made by LMW regarding changes, improvements, or disruptions to services. It provides information to Members about the status of the service and any relevant updates that may affect Member experience or support services.
Member Newsletter and Community News
LMW’s Member newsletter is called The Living Well. It is a bi-monthly newsletter. LMW’s newsletter contains information relevant to services, NDIS industry, disability community and organisation updates.
Notice of Annual General Meetings
Living My Way is legally required to hold an AGM annually. Before the AGM, LMW must provide at least 21 days’ notice to its Members. The notice includes a meeting agenda, outcomes, the financial statement, proxy to vote form and other reports. This communication is delivered once a year.

LMW’s Annual Report provides a summary of a LMW’s financial performance, business activities, and other relevant information over a specific period. It serves as a means of communication and transparency to Members, partners and other stakeholders.
