Menai, NSW – The Board of Living My Way (LMW) today announced the appointment of Cathy Quinn as Chief Executive Officer, effective 24 November 2025.

Cathy brings over 30 years of experience across the disability, community, government and corporate sectors. She has led customer-focused service delivery and operational improvements, including initiatives that strengthened quality housing and community inclusion. Cathy has also held senior leadership and Board-level roles, bringing extensive experience in operational management and organisational governance.
LMW’s Chair, Huw Thomas, said the appointment follows an extensive search and rigorous recruitment process.

Cathy brings deep knowledge in the disability sector, strong values alignment, and a proven track record in people-centred leadership. We’re delighted to have her guide us into a new chapter of growth, innovation, and positive impact for our Members and employees.”

Cathy holds a Bachelor of Communication and a Diploma in Marketing Management and is an alum of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and Social Leadership Australia. Before joining LMW, Cathy spent over a decade as Executive Manager, Operations for a leading Sydney-based service provider, where she was recognised for her leadership in sector forums and collaborative initiatives.
Huw Thomas and the Board also would like to acknowledge and thank interim CEO, Brooke Anthony, for leading the organisation during the recruitment process.
