About the role
Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you'll play a key role in growing Living My Way's reach through digital marketing, lead generation and continuous improvement of our digital presence.
This is a hands on role that combines strategy, creativity and analytics. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing digital strategies and then rolling up your sleeves to put them into action. You'll also work with our external agencies to ensure content is aligned with our strategy and brand.
You'll have the opportunity to manage and optimise our digital presence across paid and organic channels, while using data to drive smarter marketing decisions and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PPC, SEO and AI optimisation strategies to improve digital visibility and generate leads.
- Deliver lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns across digital and occasionally offline channels.
- Work with our external agency to brief, review and edit blog content, ensuring it’s accurate, engaging and aligned with our digital strategy.
- Create engaging and accessible content for websites, email and marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics and other data to measure results, identify opportunities and continually improve digital performance.
- Research market trends, competitor activity and audience behaviour to identify opportunities for organisational growth.
- Maintain accurate data while reporting on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen customer retention and lead conversion.
About you
You don't need to know everything — digital marketing is changing too quickly for anyone to — but you do need to be someone who picks things up quickly, asks good questions and enjoys figuring things out.
You're comfortable working independently, taking ownership and getting stuck into the detail. You're also motivated by results: you like seeing an idea work, understanding why it worked (or didn't) and looking for ways to make it better. You'll bring a balance of strategic thinking and practical know-how, with the ability to move from developing a strategy to implementing it and measuring the outcome.
You will also bring:
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation or growth marketing, with a good understanding of how different digital channels work together
- Experience in Google AdWords and/ or Google Analytics
- Training or experience in SEO Qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related discipline
- Strong content creation, communication, editing and stakeholder engagement skills
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to measure results, analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A willingness to learn, experiment and stay curious in a changing digital landscape
- Ability and willingness to travel when required
You'll stand out if you also have:
- Experience within the disability, community services or not-for-profit sector
- Knowledge of the NDIS or human services environment
- Experience with marketing analytics, customer journey optimisation and lead conversion
- An eye for engaging visual and written content
- CRM experience (Salesforce would be highly regarded)
- Email marketing experience (HubSpot would be highly regarded)
- CMS/ website management experience (Wordpress would be highly regarded)
- Canva experience
- AI optimisation training or experience
- Experience developing digital marketing strategies
- Experience creating accessible and inclusive digital content
