The Role – Payroll and Finance Officer!
As a Payroll and Finance Officer, you’ll be integral in supporting the administration of payroll, finance, and related processes. You’ll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including employee lifecycle management which incorporates onboarding, claims, superannuation, PAYG, STP submissions, allowances, timesheets, and terminations in accordance with awards, internal policies and legislation. Your role will also include supporting the Finance Team with invoicing, accounts payable, and monthly reconciliations.

Your Skills and Experience
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role with relevant work experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of MS Office 365 products.
• Knowledge of Fair Work and industrial instruments (awards)
• Experience with payroll and rostering systems,
• Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain focused while working in a tight deadline environment.
• Commitment to customer service and exceeding customer satisfaction.
• Compliance Checks (NDIS and WWCC)
• Experience in NDIS environment (desirable)
