You will also bring:
- Experience processing end-to-end payroll (ideally 1–2 years or more).
- Knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and the National Employment Standards (NES).
- Strong award interpretation skills, with SCHADS Award experience highly regarded.
- Experience using payroll systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain them.
You'll stand out if you also have:
- Experience in the disability, community services or not-for-profit sector.
- Exposure to finance processes, including reconciliations or transactional processing.
- A passion for improving processes and delivering an exceptional employee experience.
