About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Manager Finance & ICT, the Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, integration, and continuous improvement of Living My Way’s core business systems, digital platforms, and IT environment.
You will work across operational, finance, HR and payroll systems to ensure reliability, data integrity, security, and performance. You will also support digital transformation initiatives and system enhancement projects across the organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Systems administration across core business applications and platforms
- Salesforce and cloud platform administration (CloudPond desirable)
- Support for finance, HR and payroll systems (e.g. MYOB, Folio)
- Microsoft 365 administration including SharePoint and Copilot
- Management of system integrations across business applications
- User access management including SSO, MFA and security controls
- Troubleshooting system issues with vendors and IT providers
- Coordinating system upgrades, releases and downtime communications
- Managing software licences, usage tracking and optimisation
- Maintaining data integrity, reporting structures and system consistency
- Supporting digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You are a technically capable and solutions-focused systems professional with strong experience working across business systems, integrations, and digital environments.
You are confident working with both technical teams and end users, and you enjoy diagnosing issues, improving systems, and supporting business operations. You will also bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in a Systems Administrator or similar role in Australia
- Experience supporting business systems, cloud platforms and digital improvement initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint experience highly regarded)
- Exposure to HR/payroll and finance systems (e.g. MYOB, Folio)
- Understanding of system integrations, data management and security principles
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA and user access management
- Experience working with vendors or IT service providers
- Strong troubleshooting skills problem-solving and communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative and can-do approach
