What our team members say
While not everything can achieve a positive outcome, guiding Members through the tough times, and showing them what is possible is the sweet spot, and always celebrating the small victories.
– Aaron, Support Coordinator

I’m so thankful that Living My Way took a chance on me.
I just want to give back.
– Sam, Finance
In our team, everyone collaborates. If someone needs help, the next thing you know, everyone’s standing up over their desk, and suggesting have you done this, and what about that? It’s great for me with so many experienced people to learn from.
– Tegan, Support Coordinator

The sense of fulfillment and purpose I’ve found in support work surpasses anything from the corporate world. And while I may sometimes miss the camaraderie of a larger team, I know I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.
– Fenella, Support Worker
Finding my place
We asked trainee, Kaili, what it’s like working at Living My Way
I thought I might be treated like a kid because I’m younger but I quickly felt part of the People and Culture team, and everyone was so nice. I’ve even helped Marketing on the prize wheel at an expo event, which was a fun day. It’s been a blast with all the learning, and feeling part of the team. I can’t wait to see what’s next!
– Kaili, LMW Trainee

Meet Angelo,
one of our Members
Attempting to understand the complexities of both the NDIS and a rapidly changing disability is something no one should have to go through. But for Sydney local Angelo, this was reality.
“All I can say is, thank goodness for institutions like Living My Way”
