Pioneered by our founders – people with disability – over 30 years ago, the Employ Your Own service enables you to choose who helps you.
You might choose a friend, a neighbour or someone else you know and trust. You also choose when and how they support you – because you know best what your needs are.

If you want us to provide you with Support Workers, we’ll find the best suited Support Workers from our passionate and trained team to assist you with your specific needs.
To make the best match, we will get to know you and develop an Individual Support Plan that ensures all your needs are met.
We’ll take care of the screening, onboarding, payroll and other administration of your Support Worker, so that you can enjoy a highly personalised service.

Support Coordination – Support My Choice
Living My Way works with you to know what is important to you now and in the future.
Our Support Coordinators are experienced and knowledgeable in the NDIS, and also work with your mainstream and informal supports. We will work with you to make the most of your plan by assisting you to achieve your plan goals and help connect you with the right service providers.

Plan Management – Pay My Bills
Living My Way pay your invoices on your behalf for services you received as part of your NDIS plan and claim through the NDIS portal.
We act as the middle man between you and your service providers by processing the invoices that you authorise for payment as per your NDIS plan.
After processing authorised invoices you will receive a report on your spending, to help you track your plan budgets.
