A Disability Support Worker provides personalised assistance with the day-to-day tasks of people living with a disability. This can include personal care support, household tasks, shopping and meal preparation, attending medical appointments and accessing the community.

LMW Support Workers
At Living My Way, our Support Workers provide personalised support based on a thorough understanding of your requirements. We take the time to get to know your needs and goals before developing an Individual Support Plan to suit you.
Employ your own Support Worker
We can help you to gain more choice and control by becoming your own employer of Support Workers. We can assist you throughout the employment process to directly employ the Support Worker(s) of your choice that will best serve your needs.
All of our rates are priced under the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Limits to ensure you are getting affordable rates for your Support Worker disability support.
The rates in the table below are the minimum amount that we may claim and therefore provide the greatest savings for Support Worker services under your NDIS funding plan.
Weekday Daytime $51.94
Saturday $67.53
Sunday $89.72
Public Holiday $112.47
Of course, as a Living My Way Member, you will have the choice to allow us to claim higher rates than the minimums above, up to the NDIS price limit, giving us the flexibility to pay your disability Support Worker a higher hourly wage.
This flexibility gives you full control over your NDIS funding use, and allows you to reward your Support Worker for their assistance, or gain access to specially trained disability Support Workers that can best help with your unique needs.
